What is MyCareFinders and how does the NDIS provider directory work?
MyCareFinders (also known as My Care Finders) is a free, independent Australian directory of NDIS-registered providers. It lists 48,275 active providers sourced from the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Register, organised by suburb and support category. You can search by location, service type, or postcode to find providers near you — no sign-up required.
Is there a free NDIS provider directory for all of Australia?
Yes. MyCareFinders covers all eight Australian states and territories — NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, TAS, NT, and the ACT. Every listing is sourced from the official NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Register, so you can trust that the providers shown are genuinely registered. The directory is completely free for participants and families.
How often is the NDIS provider directory updated?
MyCareFinders refreshes its provider data regularly from the NDIS Commission Register. Each listing includes a "last updated" date so you know how current the information is. The directory also features a daily content freshness cycle that updates page metadata and adds new educational resources to the NDIS Learning Hub.
