Ingest the full Commission register
We take the complete public NDIS Provider Register export — not a sample, not a hand-picked shortlist — and process every record in it.

Reconcile & date-stamp every provider
Each existing provider is matched against the fresh export and stamped with the date it was last confirmed as current. New registrations are added.

Remove revoked & vanished providers
Providers whose registration was revoked, or who no longer appear in the Commission export at all, are removed — so you are not shown someone who has quietly left the register.

Cross-match public enforcement action
Every provider is checked against the Commission’s public enforcement and compliance actions — bannings, revocations, sanctions and conditions.

Recompute risk & de-index the blocked
Risk is recomputed for every affected provider. Those with disqualifying enforcement action are blocked and removed from public view; borderline cases are flagged with a caution rather than hidden.

- Does it remove a provider the day their registration is revoked — or is it still showing them next week?

- Is the order you see based on facts, or on who paid to sit at the top?

How often does MyCareFinders check the NDIS provider register?
We reconcile against the full NDIS Commission provider register on a recurring schedule. The most recent reconciliation ran on 15 Sept 2026, processing 63,530 register records. Every provider row carries the date it was last reconciled, so a listing is never left to go stale silently.
What happens when a provider's registration is revoked or they disappear from the register?
They are removed. In the last reconciliation we removed 15 revoked providers and 24 providers that were no longer present in the Commission export. Removal happens as part of the reconciliation, not on a manual clean-up cycle.
Do you cross-check enforcement and compliance action against providers?
Yes. Our most recent enforcement pass ran on 15 Sept 2026, matching 1,907 provider records against public enforcement and compliance action. Providers computed as blocked (109) are removed from public view; those flagged (1,206) are surfaced with a caution rather than hidden.
Is MyCareFinders affiliated with the NDIS or the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission?

Do you rank providers or sell placement to families?
No. We never rank providers for families and we never sell priority placement in participant search results. What you see is a factual, source-dated record of who is registered and who has enforcement or compliance action against them — not a paid leaderboard.
