Why Plan Reviews Matter
Your NDIS plan review (sometimes called a plan reassessment) happens roughly every 12 months. It's your opportunity to:
- Adjust your funding — request more or differently allocated supports
- Update your goals — reflect your current aspirations and needs
- Address gaps — if your current plan isn't meeting your needs
- Add new supports — like plan management or support coordination if you don't already have them
Good preparation is the single biggest factor in getting a plan that works for you.
