We believe you should know exactly where your information goes and who sees it. Here’s the full picture.
- What we collect
- Only what you type into this form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), suburb, postcode, the support topic you selected, and any notes you add. We also record the page you came from so we can give you relevant help.
- Where it’s stored
- Your enquiry is stored in a secure, encrypted database managed by My Care Finders. Access is restricted to authorised team members only. We do not store credit card or financial information.
- Who can see your information
- Only the My Care Finders team and, where relevant, the NDIS-registered Plan Manager or provider best suited to help you. Your details are never sold, rented, or shared with third-party marketers, call centres, or data brokers.
- How long we keep it
- We retain your enquiry for as long as it takes to resolve your request and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. We don’t hold onto data we no longer need.
- Want your data removed?
- You can request deletion of your enquiry at any time by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Delete my enquiry”. We’ll action it within five business days.
